Minding your mental health

The subconscious is a power thing. It can effect our every day lives with little to no warning. It’s important to know how you process things. Sometimes people don’t even realize they are upset or are being affected by something until they’ve begun witnessing the consequences of acting out of character. Sometimes your conscience says, “it’s no big deal” and your inner self is having a hard time coping. This can be apparent in your everyday routine. Personal hygiene, attendance or punctuality, overall engagement in activities… if you think something is off you’re probably right.
