I cannot stress this enough! Water is important for transporting nutrients essential for your organs. If you needed a reminder to stay hydrated this is it. You lose the largest quantities of water via processes of digestion, excretion and perspiration. If you find yourself spending a lot of time outside in the heat this season, make sure to replenish your water supply regularly. If you’re inside at the office, drink a glass with meals every time you use the bathroom. Before you run to the convenience store and pay for painkillers, get to the root of the problem. Dehydration can cause headaches, but luckily some water and electrolytes will kill off more than just the symptoms. Hydration is a hobby!
